Standard Modem Dial up connections are usually connecting at about 50k, so the 256k is approx. 5 times faster,
so a 512k connection would be 10 times faster, 1 Meg 20 times etc. |

or for up to 4 PC's via cables or many Wireless connections and is supplied with
one Network Card, and a PCMcIA Card that would usually be used for a Notebook,
which would need a free PCMcIA slot to take advantage of the wireless facility
(Please note: Some Notebooks now have built in capacity for Wireless connections.) |
